What app can manage a customer contest from entry to voting?

I want to have a survey/poll/contest where I post a picture of a new product and customers can submit a name entry for the new product.  After all names are submitted, then it turns into a poll and there is a vote on them.  The name with the most votes wins a prize.  When names are being submitted, I want everyone to be able to see what names have already been entered, so their are no repeats.

I have been looking all over, but I cannot find an app where "survey answers" then get turned into a poll to vote on automatically.  The only solution I have found is I basically have to do 2 different surveys.  One for name entries, then I have to create an entire new poll and have to type all of the entries for visitors to choose one.  Does anyone know of anything like this out there where its all in one?  Like customers have until "x" date to enter, then it auto converts all the entries to a poll?

I understand that you're looking for an app that combines the functionality of a survey and poll, so that the person with the most votes for a new product name suggestion can win a prize.

I had a look on the Shopify App Store, but I was also not able to find a specific app that offers this exact functionality. As this is quite a specific and niche requirement, I think it's probably unlikely that you will find an app that allows you to do this all in one functionality. 

You could certainly start by using a survey app such as this one here, and then a separate poll app such as this one. However, that would involve having to manually create the poll yourself and list all of the options for people to vote on, based on the information you collected with the survey.

You could consider reaching out to the developers of whichever app you like the look of, and inquiring if their app would work for your use case. You can do this by navigating to the support section of the app store page - perhaps they can help you with your idea.

Something else you could also consider is hiring a Shopify Partner to create a custom solution for your store. This would involve working with a developer to come up with a bespoke implementation of your idea. Thank you Rick for taking the time to look and respond.  I am glad that it was not me, and you could not find an app that has this function.  I will do some more research.
