What app can manage content subscriptions for newsletters?

Hi everyone, I've been having good results selling e-books on my Shopify store and now I was thinking about selling subscriptions to a specific type of content through newsletters.

I'm looking for an app that manages subscriptions and updates a database, so that all new subscribers can receive the content as soon as they pay for the subscription.
