While you can create three discount codes to successfully achieve this, I recommend checking out the Shopify App Store as an alternative, which will allow for discounts to be applied automatically. I've suggested a few discount apps below for you to look through:
To generate three separate discount codes, you can refer to our Creating Percentage Discounts documentation as it covers those steps. It outlines however, this can be completed by:
- From the Shopify admin, head to Discounts.

Click Create discount, and then click Discount code.

In the Discount code section, enter a name for the new discount code, for example, 15offnecklaces.

In the Types section, Select Percentage, and then enter a percent value in the Value section.

If you want the discount to apply to specific collections or products, then in the Applies to section, do either of the following:
- Select Specific collections, check the appropriate collections, and then click Add.
- Select Specific products, check the appropriate products and/or variants, and then click Add.

If you want to set a minimum purchase requirement for the discount, then in the Minimum requirements section, select the Minimum purchase amount. This will require the customer to spend a minimum purchase amount to qualify for the discount. If the discount applies to a specific product or collection, then only these items contribute to the minimum purchase amount.
- In the Customer eligibility section, select whether this discount applies to everyone, specific customer segments, or specific customers.
- Apply Usage Limits to customers or in total if applicable.
- Set Active Dates to indicate when you would like the discount to start and end.
- Click Save discount code.
