What app could help if I want to set up RFID system for storage?

I am running a clothing store, and recently I want to help the warehouse set up an RFID system to help with inventory. I hope to generate RFID Label on each cloths, then I could use the scanner to check out the inventory of my warehouse and I hope the data would be connected with my shopify inventory.
There are among 1500 up inventory in my warehouse. And I have three more offline-store, each would have 1000 up inventory as well. So, there would be around 5000 pcs of my inventory need to trace where they are and be updated in-time.
Which device do you want to use to scan the RFID labels?

I will use a RIFD Scanner to do that.
May I know the brand of the RFID Scanner you are planning to use? This information will be helpful in determining the compatibility and possibilities of connecting it to the Shopify Admin API.

It should be Zebra.
Zebra Scanners should have the ability to send POST Requests to a Server, which then processes the Call and manages the Inventory with the Shopify Admin API to keep the movements in the desired Shopify Store.
However, the whole thing is then a custom development

If I am understanding this answer correctly, does this mean to use RFID for inventory and at the sales desk and do away with 1D and 2D barcodes, you would need custom made middleware to communicate the RFID scan to the Shopify POS system? If so, can you recommend a ready made middleware?
Hi Chris267 you will still use a barcode scanner (1D or 2D) to scan the items at checkout. Most of our customers will perform store audits a few times a week to compare their On Hand inventory levels from Shopify against their RFID counts. These audits help you identify any shrinkage and inaccuracies, then correct the data in Shopify to avoid overselling.

- Scan them into inventory using a handheld reader and Android/iOS app
- Compare inventory levels and sync corrections into Shopify
