What app extension do I use for a storefront popup ?

Hi there, so I am trying to make an app extension for my app,

all this extension needs to do is be a popup on the storefront. 

The list of app extensions is a little bit confusing https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/app-extensions/list
it doesn't explain too well what extension would help me achieve this.
