What app is best to create large banners with text and shapes

Hi there! I am trying to recreate the "New Year's Sale Banner" on the image posted below for my store. What app would be best? As you can see, I want to write text AND also have the option to add the rectangular white shapes underneath the bulk discounts.

Depending on which theme you're using, you may be able to add an announcement bar within your theme. With this in mind, can you please confirm the name of your theme for me? You can find this information directly in your Shopify admin under 'Online store > Themes > Current theme'. 

However, I know you're looking for a more customizable announcement bar that will allow for you to add shapes to it. To help with this, there are quite a few different apps in the Shopify App Store that I suggest checking out. Some choices that would be great to consider are:

• Bannerfy 
• Multi-Announcement Bar + Timer
• Countdown + Announcement Bar

Since these are all third-party apps, I do recommend reaching out to the app developers directly to confirm if it's possible to create the white shapes you're looking for directly within their apps. 

In the meantime, I'd love to hear more about the sale you're running, and the discount codes you're hoping to offer, too. Have you already started advertising this sale in any marketing campaigns? If not, I suggest checking out some of the options in the 'Marketing' section of your Shopify admin to advertise on Facebook and with Google Ads. We more details on this here.

You can use the PageFly page builder app to create banners as you want. Let me show you how I use PageFly to create the banner  like you

 It's not the same 100% because I don't have the background image as you and I don't know the exact color/ font you use but as you can see, you can totally use PageFly to build this banner.

By using the Heading, Paragraph element, set up border and background, etc. It's so simple. Just give it a try!
