What app to use for monthly giveaways in an online store?

I am trying to integrate a raffle entry system into my Shopify store so that people can be entered into monthly giveaways that our company hosts. I've seen multiple other websites that seem to use the same app or some sort of integration but can't find it myself.

I've already checked out that app but they don't seem to have the integration where each product displays the # of entries per $1 spent like all those stores do.
