What are the best apps for customer customization in a workwear and safety shoes store?

We're a workwear & safetyshoes-shop from Belgium. We're looking for a Shopify-app where our customers can customize their clothings with logo/text/...

We do printings & shippings by ourself, we also have already a full catalogue & keep our own stock in our warehouse.

Anyone who can reply with the best apps/plugins for this one? We're currently using the 'Empire' theme on our shop.
