What chat app is this website using?

Hey, I am very curious of which app this website is using as it is very compact and useful, the app is supposed to be an chat app, ill put the link down below:

They are using Zendesk Chat widget app.

I was able to use the inspect tool on my browser to identify the app, and it looks like they're using Zendesk as suggested by @Taknify.
