What Customization App is this website using?

I would like to create an option before adding to cart of  a Product Personalization Option with a live preview upsell. 

I really like the schema of "Complimentary Initials" this site uses. ( https://www.jlr-london.com/products/tan-harrow-bucket-bag?_pos=13&_sid=9215eaea0&_ss=r)  What app are they utilizing to to achieve this?

Its a customize code, not an app. You can hire a developer or visit some website that do shopify customization.
