What does the 'Other Orders' tab represent in Printify?

I did not notice this until just now, but does anyone know what the "Other Orders" tab is for in Printify? Why don't these orders end up in the regular tab? I have a backlog of orders now that I did not see until recently, so I really need to figure this out. 

Also, I need to know if these customers paid already or not. There are some orders in this tab without shipping or contact info, but it has a revenue amount.
