What inventory sync apps can handle column-based data variants?

I would really appreciate some suggestions of apps that can help me sync inventory files (google drive and excel) provided to me from my suppliers to my Shopify store (I only have one store). I have tried Stock Sync but was informed they do not support column-based data variants.

Here is a sample inventory file from one my suppliers, which is formatted as column-based data.

Do I need to hire a developer to help me with this? Appreciate your suggestions!
