What is a good POD app for sticker production?

I need a POD app for stickers.  I had one and dont know how, but I deleted it and dont remember what the name of it was. Any help is appreciated.

When I say Stickers, I mean kiss cut or die cut physical stickers that I can sell, and that are printed on demand and delivered by vendor. Thank you for your help though.
