App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hello,
What Review App would you recommend to use, if the main goal is to collect reviews for Google Shopping Product Ratings program? Should it necessary be the app from the list of Google's eligible aggregators (https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7045996#list_of_aggregators)?
Thanks!

Yes, choose one from the list, if you don't then the likelihood of reviews getting used by Google is very low. Which platform best fit your needs, depends on your budget, and your requirements.
For example Google Customer Reviews is free, but you can't reply to reviews.
I recommend you write down everything you need, then check which app does most or all of your requirements.

Transferring reviews from one review aggregator to another will most likely get you banned for misleading users.
Use 1 review platform and stick with it. My recommendation is to use one from Google's list. Sure you can use Judgeme, some clients can get them approved.
For higher successrate, consider the already approved review aggregators.

Dear @EmmanuelFlossie, thank you for your reply!
Google Customer Reviews are not available for us (because of the country), so we are looking for a 3rd party review aggregator.
I just checked those from the list and the prices star from about 100$ if we want to sync those reviews with Google, what is a big price for our small store right now. Also I just checked Shopify app store and found such apps like Judge.me and Loox. Both have Google Shopping mentioned in their plans. After contacting Judge.me, they told me that they can prepare the review feed for Google and we'll be able to submit it by ourselves.
• Have you had the experience of working with such not approved apps? Or do you think it's not a good way to go?
• What if we'll use one of these review apps and in case Google won't accept our reviews, we'll transfer them to one of approved review aggregator from the list? What are your thoughts?
Thanks for helping!

Hi @Irena
You can check Reviews.io: Product Reviews app.
They have a Free plan so you can give it a try!
Hi @PageFly-Victor,
Thank you for reply! I just checked Reviews.io, however I see that it will not be suitable for us because of limit of monthly orders and no Google Shopping available at "Free" and "Launch" plans. So it would cost $89/month which is too much for us right now. Thanks anyway!
