What is the best wholesale/B2B app for strictly wholesale stores?

Hey all! I’m looking for a wholesale/B2B app for a store that’s strictly wholesale. (I.e. I don’t need functions that are for a combo wholesale/retail store.) I need the following things…

1) Hidden prices unless logged in

2) Wholesale application / sign-up page that requires my approval for account activation

3) Minimum order amount

4) Minimum quantity per product (regardless of size/color...just that product page)

I think that’s about it, as I have everything else covered. I see a lot of B2B apps that have so, so many functions that I don’t need (which also makes the apps more expensive).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
