What POS app allows multiple discounts at the same time?

Hi,

 I am looking for an app that does mulitple discounts at the register for my POS.

I have a Retro Video Game store and would like to implement a few discounts/BOGOs

The following is an example of what multpile discounts I would want :

Buy 1 DVD get 1 free

Buy 2 games $9.99 and under get 1 free (equal or lesser price)

Buy 2 Bluray movies get 1 free

Is there an app that would allow those discounts at the same time on the POS system when customer is checking out?
