Hello. Does anyone would recommend an easxy app and free if possible to resize images on site? Thank you

You may not need an app.

Have a look at the img_filter: https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/liquid/reference/filters/url-filters#img_url

You can set up custom sizes in your theme without having to resize the original image.
