What's a suitable app for creating unique SKUs through customer choices?

We are looking for an app that requires the consumer to go through a series of steps. Each step has different choices. The selected options lead to a unique SKU. In total there are 4 steps with choice options which can lead to 24 unique SKUs.

On the confirmation to the customer and the packing slip to the warehouse there is only the unique SKU that corresponds to an item

Does anyone know what app could be suitable for this?
