Hello @JotayClark,

It's flareAI - your Fully Automated Free Sales Machine here. We are helping Shopify merchants providing solutions for the last few years in Shopify Community.

If helpful, please consider Like and Accept solution.

I've taken a look at your store. Nice collection! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See shopify help here.
2. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic
5. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
6. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

8. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
9. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.

Did you know, ecommerce on organic channels is greater than all paid ads and social media combined. Hi @JotayClark, I had a lot of the same issues starting out, especially with conversion rate and attracting new customers. I'm a developer so I created a Shopify app, Wishly, that can help turn traffic into sales. Wishly enables customers to submit personalized offers for items they wouldn't otherwise buy at full price.

Give it a try (for free) and let me know what you think. Hope it helps your store increase sales.

Hello @JotayClark ,

I understand your frustration. There are a few things that could be done improve conversion rate in Shopify. Firstly, your product descriptions could be more compelling and detailed to entice customers. Also, consider adding customer reviews or testimonials to build trust.

Additionally, I highly recommend trying out the Iconic Sales Pops app from the Shopify App Store. It can create social proof by displaying recent sales notifications, which can help increase trust and urgency for potential buyers.

Best of luck with your drop-shipping journey!
