What's the best affordable product personaliser for a sticker shop?

Hey there, so I ve been looking for quite some time now for a decent Product personaliser with a decent prize. Somehow it happens that either the customer service is not fitting to the pricing or the options are just to less for me to see it through. 

Basically, I want to make a sticker shop, whereas I am the manufacturer and the one shipping the goods in the first place. Preferably would it be very nice If it also has the function upload designs as well, as like with several data acceptations from ai to psd to jpg and so on...

It offers multiple personalization options, allows you to upload your design or use any existing design as per your choice, and it also let you select from a range of emojis to add to text. It's reasonably priced and aligns perfectly with your requirements. It has three different packages so that you can choose the package you want.

It supports files like PNG, JPG & SVG. And you can download the production-ready output files in vector (SVG and PDF) or raster (transparent PNG and JPG).
