What's the best app for bulk order fulfillment and tracking?

Hello!

Any recommendations for a bulk fulfillment app? I need the ability to fulfill orders in a  batch with tracking numbers.

I was previously using the app "MassFulfill" by Boltics which was perfect, but it is no longer available on Shopify?! Not sure what happened but disappointed it disappeared without notice. It was very simple to use: copy order numbers with their corresponding tracking number into an excel sheet and upload.

    As far as I understand MassFulfill recently shut down.  The app is no longer available.

    Many merchants have been migrating from MassFulfill to our app EZ Fulfill, so it should work for you.  Our straightforward mapping system allows you to map files in your Excel or CSV file to the order number and tracking number fields.  We also support partial fulfillment by SKU, adding tags, notes, and marking orders paid.  You can set the app up to run your fulfillments automatically using our scheduler, allowing you to read your files from an SFTP/FTP server, Dropbox, or Amazon S3 as frequently as every 1 hour.

I do want to point out that the app isn't free.  We charge by the number of orders that you have to fulfill.  You may be looking for a free alternative, so I wanted to point this out before you looked at it.

Hello Ralph-HA Does your app also support a single file for multipal stores? We have 3 and soon to be 4 Shopify stores and with Massfulfill we could do 1 upload with different tabs at the bottom and it would update all stores.

Hey @Brandon_WCC.  No, our app doesn't support a single file for multiple stores.  The app has to be installed on each store.  Which means you'd need a file per store.  Sorry we can't support this for you.  😞

Here's a second thumbs-up for EZ Fulfill.  

We're another store left in the lurch after the abrupt disappearance by Mass Fulfill/Boltic.  MassFulfill was a basic app but it hit all of our pain points and we had used it for 4 years.  I still haven't received a reply to my "Where are you guys?" e-mails so I presume they are gone for good.

We've tried 3 replacement apps by now and EZ Fulfill is the best of the bunch for our use case - Integration and first use was easy, it can handle partial fulfillments by line item directly from an excel file, and it's error checking is reasonably robust.  I wish they would pre-screen the file and highlight mismatches so I could correct BEFORE upload (ala Mass Fulfill) but they at least have a comprehensive log you can view AFTER upload.  Processing time is relatively quick - not that much different from MassFulfill.

So ... it doesn't do everything as smoothly as we were used to but it's a well designed app and the best of the lot at least from what I've seen so far.  It also has strengths and feature sets that were not in MassFulfill. 

We're only a couple of days into our evaluation and if this changes I'll update my post.
