What's the best app for customizing product bundles in subscription orders?

Does anyone know a Shopify subscription app that will satisfy the below requirements?

1. Subscription will trigger draft Orders per subscriber with a single fixed price for all customers

2. Admin will edit each draft order and add different products to each order

3. Price of added products should not affect the total amount. The total is the fixed price that admin sets on subscription.

4. The inventory count of added products will be deducted if they are added to a subscription order.

The challenge is that admin wants to be able to change the products of these subscriptions per order. The example is a Wine club. He is not able to preset the product bundles and assign them to a subscription. He has a set price for each subscription e.g. $400 and every time a draft order is created he chooses what bottle to include with that order.

Number 3 is a crucial requirement. The admin would like to select bottles up to let's say $380, but charge the customer the flat fee of $400 to cover the shipping fees (He does not want the clients to see the actual total, they should only see the item list and the flat $400 he sets . Your app has everything I need except this one feature. Is there any way to achieve this?

@Digilite, the total amount on the draft order can be changed by tho store owner by applying discounts on the order itself or on the products in the order. This way, you can essentially fix the total order value 😉

That trick will not work in my scenario, the store owner wants to send 4 bottles with total of $380 and he wants to increase the total to $400 when fulfilling the order to cover the delivery costs. With your solution he will have to add more bottles then drop the price. He is advertising free delivery but he is technically covering the $20 delivery cost. 380 + 20 = 400

With your approach he will have to add more bottles to pass the $400 then apply a discount.

Hi @Digilite and @SealSubs we have a similar requirement, that is: We create a draft order and send the URL to the customer for them to purchase. The draft order includes a one time cost for hardware products and a recurring subscription, e.g. $69/month which can then be billed automatically each month with the credit card they enter during the transaction.

Is this something you've been able to solve?

Hi Todd,

The draft orders in Shopify currently don't yet work with auto-charging subscriptions. I think that the better option here would be to create a quick checkout link in Seal Subscriptions > Subscription rules > Quick Checkout Wizard. You can then send this quick checkout link to the customer and they can use it to complete the purchase 🙂
