What's the best app for managing a sales department?

Hi! Im struggling to find a good app where I can manage my sales department. Any recommendations?

I would like an app where the sales executives can create orders, follow up on past orders, know which customers haven't made an order recently, assign customers to sales executives, know how many orders come from which sales executive, etc. 

I would greatly appreciate your help!
