What's the best app for managing my Google Shopping feed?

Hello,

im looking for a good app or external company to manage my google shopping feed. I find it a minefield and hard to understand as a novice.. do I have to submit a new xml file every time I add new products?

For my clients I use https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds

Whenever you update or add products, the data feed will get updated and re-submitted to Google Merchant Center.
