You can use eBay's integration to sync products and orders between your Shopify and eBay stores. However, it's important to note that eBay will be discontinuing support for their app after Dec. 31st, 2022. For this reason, you may also want to start exploring some third-party options. While there are quite a few options when it comes to third-party apps, you may want to try a couple of them to see which one suits you best.

The following third-party apps can be integrated with marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, or Walmart, and keep your products and orders in sync. If you'd like to explore more options, then please take a look in the Shopify app store - eBay. That being said, if you need help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you - simply reach out to them using the contact information found in the Support section of their app's page.

If you only want to migrate your products and inventories from Shopify to eBay, or you don't need to sync the orders and inventories, then you can consider exporting your products from Shopify and bulk importing your products to eBay using CSV files. However, it's important to note that the CSV formats will be different, so you will need to make some adjustments to the CSV that you're uploading onto eBay. Alternatively, if working with CSV files isn't something that interests you, then you can also consider using a third-party eBay importer app, such as Simple eBay Importer or Professional Importer for eBay.

As Elias mentioned, eBay has an integration app for this very purpose, but it is already bound to shut down by the end of the year.

Luckily, there are plenty of available apps for you to try out. I recommend you check out Codisto of course!

If by "migrating stock", you're referring to creating eBay listings from information already present in your Shopify catalog, Codisto can do exactly that.
