Hey, anyone know an app that can do something like this?

This is for glasses lens prescription, so there a lot of variants I need to put in an organized way.

There are a few product customisation apps on our Shopify App store that you can take a look at, but this one in particular is highly-rated and appears to offer the prescription option that you're looking for.

If you'd like a specific prescription app however, rather than a product options one, there are also a couple of options available such as the Ant Lens app or the LensAdvizor app.

Hello @Steve222 you may have already found a solution by now, I do have another option for you to consider, it may also help out. As you want to put a lot of variants in an organized way, the MultiVariants - Bulk order app can be a solution for you.

You need to create a product in Shopify and under the main product create variants that will be visible on the product page. So, all the variants will display under the main product and there will be a quantity selector for each variant. Your customer can choose their own combination of all variants. Additionally, through this app, you can apply restrictions for minimum-maximum quantities, predefined bundle, interval quantities, limits on variants and orders can be achieved.

Also, you can set restrictions on any specific product or group of products in your store. You’ll get 3 days of trial for going through all the available features.

Here is the Demo product where the customer will get the option to select color and size. And if your purpose is only to show the items, this feature comes in the free version of the app.
