What's the best app for scheduling, payments, and custom forms?

Can you recommend an app that would allow my customers to book a service, charge a deposit and let them fill out a customized form so they could put in all of their pertinent information as well as have it integrate with google calendar or ical?

BookThatApp supports taking a deposit, a booking, and capturing additional information, all in one app.   You can set up the deposit either as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the service that you offer.   You would then capture the balance of payment at the time you deliver the service.

In addition BookThatApp offers a real time, two way sync between the app and Google using staff accounts.  Using staff accounts also permits you to limit your staff to view only bookings and products that they are associated with as well as providing a direct login to the app.  This is beneficial if you don't want your staff accessing your Shopify admin.   It also supports a calendar, staff or product level iCal feed.
