App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi, I use Shopify for my bricks and mortar business. I have 14 stores and 1 warehouse location. I am looking for an app that will allow me to sync my main store to my other 13 stores so I can see what items are available and where, and to change things like product prices or add new products in one place and then sync to the other stores. I also need an easy stock take and reporting app. If anyone is in a similar position I would be interested in knowing what apps or system you are using, or if anyone has suggestions I would be interested to hear from you. Thanks
Hi, @CWCANB.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
I understand that you're looking for an app that allows you to sync with multiple stores and an app for generating reports across your stores. Though there aren't many options available for multi-store setups, you can check out Syncio Multi Store Sync and Ecomsolo. While Syncio allows you to sync with unlimited source stores, Ecomsolo provides an advanced dashboard for multi-store reporting - both of these apps offer monthly plan options based on the number of products that you'd like to sync. If you need any help with these apps, then the app developers are always available to assist you - you can reach out to them directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app's page.
I'd love to hear more about your business! What kinds of products are you selling? How many products do you have between 14 stores and 1 warehouse?

Hi Elias,
Thanks for the info, I have been looking at the Syncio Multi Store Sync app so might touch base with them to see if they can help me out.
I own a Cartridge World Franchise (selling printer inks & toner cartridges). There are about 3,000+ products in our catalogue. Each store carrying around 300 items and the warehouse would carry around 1500+ lines.
Hi, @CWCANB.
Thank you for following up!
I think Syncio Multi Store Sync would be one of the better options for syncing between multiple stores and they do have a monthly plan for 3000 products. However, I'd encourage getting in touch with them and discuss more plan options for your store. You can reach them at [email protected] or visit their page, Syncio.co.
As with Ecomsolo for advanced reporting, they also offer different plans - their Basic plan supports up to 2000 products and their Advanced plan supports up to 10,000 products. However, since they also offer annual pricing, then I'd recommend reaching out to them to discuss more plan options as well. You can reach them at [email protected] or visit their page, Ecomsolo.com.
How are you finding the Shopify platform? Are you running any ad campaigns at the moment? Or, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Hi @CWCANB
Use Syncee's DataFeed Manager: https://syncee.co/datafeed-manager/
Hey,
You can use our Stock Take Shopify App to conduct your stock takes. We have merchants using the app to stock take multiple locations (including both stores and warehouses) at the moment. You can create stock takes for each location you have and you can run the stock takes at each location at the same time, with multiple devices.
How you can do this:
1. Install our Shopify App on your store and set up the app on Shopify POS devices (either your mobile phones, tablets or POS hardware or scanners that work with POS)
2. Create a stock take in our app
3. Scan all your items in, using as many devices as you want
4. Once happy you've scanned everything you can action your stock take.
5. We will then process that in the background for you.
We've also got reporting options so you can compare you stock take to your current stock levels, get an audit of all adjustments made and more! Which can be run either during or after your stock take has been completed.
We have some how to guides available in the app, which you can try for free. Or send me an email and I would be happy to give you a demo of the app.
