I’m setting up a new Shopify store and looking for a chatbot app that can help streamline customer conversations. The ideal solution should be easy to integrate, support multiple languages (especially for the European market), and handle both pre-sales inquiries and customer support effectively.
Does anyone have recommendations based on experience? Alternatively, how are you managing customer conversations for Shopify stores targeting Europe?
