What's the best cost-effective wholesale app with custom navigation?

Hello!

I'm looking for a wholesale solution. Originally I added Wholesale Gorilla to my existing website but I didn't like that my existing navigation was visible instead of only navigation for wholesale.

So I've created a trial version of a new website and I'm looking for a wholesale solution that does the following:

Lock whole website
Custom registration form - application needs to be approved by us

Set Minimum quantity per product
2 sets of customers (one that has a set price for each product and a minimum product quantity and one that has 50% off every product but with a minimum total cart spend)
Different shipping methods for different customers

If you can recommend an app that's quite cost effective as I'm already having to pay for an additional shopify website. OR if there's an app that can do all of the above but also have custom navigation for my existing website.

I feel like I've installed so many apps but not really finding what I need.

Normally I would look to suggest a variety of apps here, however in this case I think it might be more cost-effective to enlist a developer to make this happen for you. It may actually be possible to do so with our core website too, depending on the technical limitations. 

Have you had a chat with a developer yet? I might suggest taking a look at our Shopify Experts website in order to see who you might meet with that fits your needs.
