What's the best donation app for choosing your own organization?

Im looking for a donation app where I can choose my own organisation to donate to, since many of the prechoosen once doesn't have the once im looking for (Swedish organisations). Also the option for us to donate a specific amount of every order, since we want to donate from "our pocket" rather than asking the customer to donate, thou a round up alternative could also be nice. 

Been checking many of the apps, but far from all have a demo. Anyone here that can suggest a app with this criterias?
