What's the best presale app for selling single products on Shopify?

I'm on the lookout for an effective presale app to sell special products that will be despatched later in the year.

I only want customers to be able to purchase the 1 item that is up for presale. We'd love to allow customers to order other things as well that can be despatched now but we fear that including the preordered item in the cart will trigger the free shipping when they may only be buying $20 worth of product now and then having the main preorder item delivered at a later date. i.e. 2 x free shipping.

Is there a presale app out there that will allow us to sell the single product and also mark them as fulfilled so they don't clog up our Shopify between now and the despatch date?

Im open to any and all ideas!

We have a pre-sale app called submarine that could be off assistance, it can handle mixed carts, different % deposit amounts at checkout, and also a few ways to handle shipping. Different merchants all have different requirements with DC's in certain regions, etc.
