What's the best subscription app for gifting and flexible shipping options?

I am looking for recommendation for a shopify app that would allow subscriptions.

Criteria:

1. Option of purchasing for themselves or gifting.

2. If for yourself it is a membership so recurring (different products are quarterly and monthly) until you cancel

3. If for a gift allowing the buyer to specify amount of time (3 shipments, 6 shipments, etc)

4. Can send a gift message with the initial order and show who the gift is from

5. I cannot ship to all states so either need to follow rules set in shopify or allowed to set rules for shipping.

The current product I am using requires a lot of my time to update and customers to call to customize. I am hoping to automate much more of this as customers are expecting more flexibility and control on their end.

Thank you in advance for your advice. I reviewed the app list within shopify and many of the apps don't have many reviews. This would be a big migration so I want to make sure it will work well before the time investment.
