What Shopify app can provide a product quiz before checkout?

Hey Guys, 

Could anyone recommend a Shopfiy App that allows for: 

Tag selected products and once the user "Add's to Cart" the quiz would pop up and need to be complete as a requirement to checkout?

This can be done by trigerring a quiz pop ( that are targetted on selected Product detail pages)

 Will that work ?
