What SMS apps can integrate with Powr for customer form notifications?

Hi ~ We are currently using Powr for an application form. I just reached out to them and they do not provide a feature that will allow us to text our applicants for pick-ups. We offer a charity box for gifting and need to let the applicant know when boxes are ready. Emails are getting lost in spam. We have looked at other SMS apps but no one is sure if they will integrate with our applicant information coming from Powr. Can anyone suggest an app that builds customer forms as well as allows for SMS permission and ability?
