Hello, does anyone know what sweepstake app the three websites below are using. They look like identical apps.

I have used builtwith.com and some other tools and cannot find an app for sweepstakes for any of them which I find odd. I can't imagine they're all custom built. And there are very few sweepstake apps on the shopify store, most which look really bad so I doubt they are using them. Only good guess is the app Viralsweep, but viralsweep doesn't have a shopify test store to compare. Any help will be appreciated.
