When editing profile of customer, can Vend follow and change it into new upload?

1. When editing profile of customer, can Vend follow and change it into new upload?

2. Customer bought wrong item and he want to change one. If I change the detail of sell history or profile of customer, will Vend change that in the same time?

if it can plz tell me how to do that. THX
