When I add an App is Privacy covered by the default Privacy templates?

Okay, so I have my privacy policy that I based around the suggested template.

If I add an app like Google & YouTube for the Merchant Centre do I need to adjust my privacy page or is the general handling of sharing to third parties already covered?
