App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi guys
Been trying to get live support for over an hour to no avail so Im reaching out to the community. Around half of my apps I cant access any settings or information . For example, my Zapiet post code app, when I click on it I can see the 3 tabs but when I click on them nothing appears below so I literally cant adjust any settings in over half my apps. I changed browser from chrome to Microsoft edge and that also didnt work. Any ideas people?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with accessing apps on the shop, to get this resolved. To ensure I fully understand, are you receiving any errors when opening an app from the Shopify admin?
If so, this could be due to permissions being required from the Account Owner. I recommend checking out our Staff Permissions documentation for more information on accessing and managing apps.
If however, you are able to successfully open an app from the Shopify admin and the issue remains with functionality within the app (i.e Zapiet), I recommend contacting the app developer directly for assistance. As the app is a third-party integration, they would be able to investigate any errors with loading and performance issues.
