When technically can I ask for a feedback in my app?

Hi,

In our app users almost don't give their feedback in app store if give-us-review alert is shown in our app.

We think it might be due to the bad timing as Shopify restricts review posting right after install (soon when we ask, and after that the alert is in the blind spot) as i remember.

And, well, I can't find the time anywhere.

Could you please share the timing when it's possible to ask for a review? Thanks

P.S. Any info on how to increase feedbacks is very appreciated

right before trial end period is useful for feedbacks on the app.
