Where can I change the default app block icon?

I am making an app and am looking at where to change the app's default icon. (see photo below)

I have read through the theme app extensions dev documentation i see that in the populated assets folder, there is an icon.svg (see photo below) i have read it needs to be 24x24px but cant find where to put any referencing code to the assets/icon.svg (

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have figured out the answer. 

i want to answer it just in case anyone else wants to change it. 

it can be changed in the shopify partners dashboard under settings for that app in which you want to change.

what? where is "shopify partners dashboard"

Edit: Okay...I made a "Shopify Partners" account and logged into the Dashboard, but I don't see any of the apps I developed within my Store. I want to change these ugly icons:
