Where can I find a countdown timer that works with discounts?

Hello,

I am having a hard time finding a countdown timer that can work with discounts.

I want the timer to be real. When the timer hits zero, the discount is removed from the checkout page.

Is this a programming nightmare? I'm genuinely surprised no apps (that I have found) offer this feature.

Out of curiosity, can you point me to an app that you are using for discounts? 

& generally speaking, you would have to manage the discounts from admin. Once you expire/remove the discount from admin, the banners/timers etc and checkout should get into effect by not accepting the discount code anymore.

This maybe differ apps wise but generally it works this way.
