Where can I find a multi-user events calendar for numerous locations?

Hi all.

I am looking for a events calendar that has to following options:

-Able to create 67 calendars. Yeah, I know its a lot but I run a statewide organization and I need a separate calendar for every county in the state of PA.

-Allows multiple people to add events to the calendar. I don't want to be the only one adding events. With 6000 parks, that will be too much for one person.

Anyone know of an event calendar that offers these features?
