Where can I find my customer reviews on Google app?

I have Google Customer Reviews app installed but I cannot find where my customers reviews are. Is the app not installed properly? Please help. Thank you!

Thanks so much, Josh. I will look into this. On another note... Just had meeting with Merchant Mastery on their training and coaching program. I want to ask around first before we dive in. Do you know anything about them? Thanks for any advice.
