Where to place a order on Alidrop?

Where do I place my AliEpress order?  I understand that for some of the platforms I use I am supposed to get the order from my customer and then order it from Alidrop/ Aliexpress and ship it to them, but I'm slightly confused on how I'm supposed to get there. When I got on Aliexpress it has a "place a sample order" option and a "place a order" option, but I haven't figured out how to get my payouts from Shopify so I don't know where/ how I am supposed to be sending this order. Yet on my Shopify account it says that they can't fulfil the order because it hasn't been placed on Alidrop yet...Then when I go to Alidrop there is not an option to place a order. It just says "please enter five-digit zip code" or doesn't let me press the checkout button???? I have 32 orders sitting waiting for me and I have not been able to get anything fixed.

There would be lots of information to check if your Products/Orders are syncing properly with AliDrop. The best option is to contact AliDrop Support to get more information. So that they can do a manual review on your Settings

A lot of people have told me this, I contacted support multiple times with no reply, and I have a lot of orders now
