Which app allows customer interaction and rewards for product-related answers?

Hello All-

I have searched the Q & A apps and I have found several apps but I am looking for an app that allows customers to interact with one another and answer product-related questions.  Amazon has something similar.

It would be an added bonus if this app would have a customer rewards program to reward accepted answers.
