Which app allows customers to view unique prices and download bills?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an App which allows not to show the VAT, which enables every customer to log in and see own prices and payment conditions and to download billings.

Also, the app should be able to make the sales representative log into it and load on orders on behalf of the customers.

I don't need exclusively one app, also more than one would be fine.

Please let me know.
