Which app can handle membership discounts for museums?

Hi

I am looking for an app that wil handle membership discounts for a museum. The following requirements

- 10% discount for all members on all products

- 20% discount for all members on all products in a specific time period

- 20% discount on specific collections for all members

- 20% discount on specific products for all members

This should be done by just entering the membership number at checkout (maybe with the email also) but without having to log in first. When the user uses his membership number for the first time he/she should have the option to create a user.

Any ideas?

We're new to Shopify. It would be a great feature to have at our museum as well. Let the 'customer' / member record generate the % discount. Is there a solution available?
