Which app to use for a raffle/draw?

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of an existing app that has the ability to do a raffle/draw?

Users buy tickets, they get given a specific ticket number. Number then gets drawn out.

Here is an example of what I am chasing - https://wizza.com/ (uses shopify).
