Which customizable SMS apps can send reminder notifications?

Hello,

I am trying to find a customizable sms app. Our shop offers pre-scheduled curbside pick-up slots. We are using "Store Pickup Click and Collect" for customers to make their time selection at check out. Things I need the app to do are:

• Pull the selected time for a customer's pick up and on the day of that pick up, send them a reminder sms. 
• On the day our market closes, send a reminder to all customers that have NOT placed an order yet. 

Any suggestions of apps that will work with Click and Collect or apps that will do all of this in one?
